Ray started her sugar journey about 38 year ago with chocolate. Chocoholic was a small business that grew into a big factory who supplied companies and chefs all over the world.

Ray’s creativity then grew and grew and spilled over into the wonderful endless world of cake decorating where she constantly wows us with new innovative ideas, techniques, and products.

Ray is a loving, hard working and giving lady that is loved by everyone.

Tarryn is a born artist who fell in love with baking at a very young age. She was surrounded by wonderful, loving and very creative people through her life and had the privative of learning all their different skills.

Tarryn’s creative and artistic background is what gives her unique perspective on the cake decorating world.

She enjoys learning and discovering new styles, techniques and, ideas and than sharing them.
